In recent days, our world has stood still a little. While we had been keeping a close eye on Blue since Wednesday with a pH value of 5.8 and the nights were getting longer and longer, our anticipation grew, but so did our sadness, as this is Captain's last foal that he sired 'himself'.

Pearl is much more than just a new addition. She is a true child of love and one of Captain's last offspring, carrying a legacy that moves us to tears. Her large blaze almost seems as if Captain himself had sent an extra dose of light to remind us of him.
